Free Website Program

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our Free Website Program (“Program”), provided by Digital Branding Blocks (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

To qualify for the Free Website Program, applicants must:

  • Be the legal owner or representative of a business or organization.
  • Provide all required information and content (e.g., logo, text, photos).
  • Be approved by our internal review team.

We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.

2. What’s Included

Once approved, participants will receive:

  • A custom-designed website (up to 7 pages).
  • Mobile-responsive design.
  • Basic on-page SEO setup.
  • Secure website hosting.
  • 1 hour of edits per month (see Section 5).
  • Ongoing support & performance monitoring.

This represents a value of $2,500+ with no upfront design or development cost.

3. Hosting & Maintenance Fee

Participants agree to pay a monthly fee of $69.99, which covers:

  • Managed cloud hosting
  • SSL certificate and site security
  • Ongoing software and plugin updates
  • 1 hour of maintenance or content updates per month
  • Daily backups and uptime monitoring

Payment is processed monthly via credit/debit card. Late or failed payments may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Ownership & Transfer

  • The website remains the property of Digital Branding Blocks until 12 consecutive months of service are completed.
  • After 12 months of active payments, ownership transfers to you, and we can provide a downloadable copy or migrate the site to your hosting upon request.
  • If you wish to take the website to another hosting provider before 12 months, the remaining months must be paid upfront to receive the site files.

5. Edits & Support

Each client receives 1 hour of support/month, which can include:

  • Minor design or text updates
  • Photo changes
  • Blog or content uploads

Unused time does not roll over to the following month. Additional hours are billed at our standard hourly rate.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time with 45 days’ written notice.
If cancellation occurs before the 12-month minimum and you wish to keep the website, the remaining hosting and maintenance balance must be paid in full before transfer.

7. No Contract Required

There is no long-term contract to participate in the Program. However, these Terms and your agreement to the monthly fee constitute a binding service arrangement.

8. Limitations & Restrictions

  • This offer is limited to one website per business entity.
  • We do not build sites with adult content, gambling, illegal activities, or anything that violates applicable law.
  • Abuse of the Program (e.g., repeated cancellations or misrepresentation) may result in disqualification.

9. Marketing Use

By participating, you grant us the right to showcase your website in our portfolio, on our website, and in other marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified via email of any changes.
