Terms & Conditions
These terms govern participation in our Free Website Program. By applying for or taking part in the Program, you agree to what follows.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our Free Website Program (“Program”), provided by Digital Branding Blocks (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Eligibility
To qualify for the Free Website Program, applicants must:
Be the legal owner or an authorized representative of a business or organization.
Provide all required information and content, such as a logo, text, and photographs.
Be approved by our internal review team.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. What’s Included
Once approved, participants receive:
A custom-designed website of up to seven pages.
A mobile-responsive design.
Basic on-page SEO setup.
Secure website hosting.
One hour of edits per month (see Section 5).
Ongoing support and performance monitoring.
This represents a value of $2,500 or more, with no upfront design or development cost.
3. Hosting & Maintenance Fee
Participants agree to pay a monthly fee of $69.99, which covers:
Managed cloud hosting.
An SSL certificate and site security.
Ongoing software and plugin updates.
One hour of maintenance or content updates per month.
Daily backups and uptime monitoring.
Payment is processed monthly by credit or debit card. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of the account.
4. Ownership & Transfer
The website remains the property of Digital Branding Blocks until twelve consecutive months of service are completed.
After twelve months of active payments, ownership transfers to you. We will provide a downloadable copy or migrate the site to your hosting on request.
If you wish to move the website to another hosting provider before twelve months, the remaining months must be paid upfront before the site files are released.
5. Edits & Support
Each client receives one hour of support per month, which can include:
Minor design or text updates.
Photo changes.
Blog or content uploads.
Unused time does not roll over to the following month. Additional hours are billed at our standard hourly rate.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time with 45 days’ written notice.
If cancellation occurs before the twelve-month minimum and you wish to keep the website, the remaining hosting and maintenance balance must be paid in full before transfer.
7. No Contract Required
There is no long-term contract required to participate in the Program. However, these Terms and your agreement to the monthly fee constitute a binding service arrangement.
8. Limitations & Restrictions
This offer is limited to one website per business entity.
We do not build sites containing adult content, gambling, illegal activity, or anything that violates applicable law.
Abuse of the Program, such as repeated cancellations or misrepresentation, may result in disqualification.
9. Marketing Use
By participating, you grant us the right to showcase your website in our portfolio, on our website, and in other marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified by email of any changes.
