Accessibility Statement

We build for WCAG 2.2 AA, we know we are not perfect, and we want to hear when something does not work for you.

What we aim for

We target WCAG 2.2 level AA. In practice that means text contrast of at least 4.5 to 1, a visible focus indicator on everything you can interact with, full keyboard operation, tap targets of at least 44 pixels, and headings that describe the page structure honestly.

What we have done here

Colour combinations on this site are checked against the contrast requirement. Interactive elements take keyboard focus and show it. Accordions and menus can be operated without a mouse. Images carry text alternatives, and decorative elements are marked so screen readers skip them.

Where we know we fall short

Third-party embeds, including booking widgets, maps and video players, are not fully under our control and may not meet the same standard. Where a component cannot be made accessible we provide an alternative route, usually a phone number that reaches a person.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site prevents you from doing what you came to do, call 732-398-6700 or email us and describe what happened. We will help you complete what you were trying to do, and we will fix the underlying issue. We aim to respond within two business days.

Accessibility is ongoing work, not a certificate. This statement is reviewed whenever the site changes substantially.

Accessibility questions

We build to WCAG 2.2 AA and test against it, but no site is finished. Tell us where it fails you and we will fix it.

Yes. Call 732-398-6700 during business hours and a person will do it with you.

Let’s build something.

Twenty minutes on the phone and you’ll know whether we’re the right fit. Either way you’ll leave with something useful.
